Take On Me (The Twelves Remix) - A-Ha

A classic of 80’s synth-pop, A-Ha’s Take On Me is one of my favorite pop songs of all time. The lyrics are so memorable, it’s impossible to not sing along. I’m so glad DJ’s The Twelves remixed this classic song and pumped it up to be more appropriate for club mixes. The Twelves are seriously becoming one of my favorite DJs right now, their remixes are brilliant! Remixing pop and indie songs that are not typically danceable and morphing them into club dance hits. Besides remixes The Twelves do excellent mixes, it’s an amazing mix of pop, indie, electronic and disco. I love it when DJs incorporate songs that are not typically made or used for DJ mixtapes. It add an extra layer to these wonderful mixtapes, it allows music lovers of indie and alternative music be able to enjoy a fun action-packed dance mix while able to recognize their favorite songs.
